सम: सिद्धावसिद्धौ च कृत्वापि न निबध्यते ॥
yadṛcchālābha-santuṣṭo dvandvātīto vimatsara:
sama: siddhāvasiddhau ca kṛtvāpi na nibadhyate – 4.22
