Ma Gurupriya

043 – How to See God in Everything | Swamini Ma Gurupriya

1631 Views | 3 years ago

Ma lovingly narrates that her life has been one of constant introspection. How do I really progress in this path? How can I stay focused and become quiet in mind, so that realization happens? - were the burning questions in her mind. Ma mentions that she always had the sincere yearning to attain the state of unbroken peace and delight.

Quoting from her conversations with Poojya Swamiji, Ma enlightens us that Self Realization is not a sudden attainment. It slowly sets in, every moment, drop by drop, through every speech, thought and action of ours. She exhorts us to love this pursuit and consider every event, every situation in life as an occasion for spiritual practice and sadhana.

The placidity of our mind does not depend on any external factor. The truth is that God and world are not different from one another. So, everything we perceive should immediately remind us of him. We have to make our vision laden with Jnana; Knowing well that everything has come from him alone - we have to love him, worship him, with all our bhaavas.

Mā's Satsang is entitled 'Towards Eternal Peace and Happiness' based on Bhagavad Gita, Vivekachudamani, Yoga Vasistha Ramayanam and Bhagavatam | | Live Global Satsang with Spiritual Masters on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday at 8 pm IST/ 10:30 am EDT/ 10:30 pm MST
